FAQs
The event will run on the 8th June 2024 and gates will open at 12pm. During the day various live music and shows will be on offer, with food and rides available throughout the day. The event will finish at 7pm and we ask all patrons to be off site by 7.30pm
The event will take place on the fields opposite the main Rowheath Pavilion building.
Tickets can only be purchased in advance via the ticket website. Links can be found at www.rowheath100years.co.uk. No tickets can be purchased on the day. TICKETS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE PURCHASED FROM ANY OTHER LOCATION – PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAMS.
Your ticket will be scanned upon arrival so please print or bring it on your phone for it to be scanned. Do not share your ticket with anyone else.
You are welcome to bring dogs but they must be kept on leads for the entire event. You may be asked to leave if your dog shows any negative behaviour to other dogs or patrons.
We recommend walking or using public transport to attend the event, but we will offer limited pre-booked parking on the field close to the event via the ticket website.
Pre-booked disabled parking is available via the ticket website. The whole event is disabled friendly and on one level, with disabled toilets also provided.
Entrance to the event and all live music and shows are included within your ticket price, however there will be extra charges for rides or food/craft purchased at traders.
You will be able to drop off outside of the main Rowheath Pavilion building but cars cannot be parked here.
The event will still take place in the rain, however if the weather is too severe for the event to go ahead then it will be postponed until 14th September 2024.
Ticket holders will be emailed the site map and programme in the week before the event, but they will also be available on social media.
All vendors will accept cash, but most would recommend card.
The main Rowheath building will not be open on the day, but food and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from will be available for purchase by ticket holders on the field. AtticBrew and Birmingham Brewing Company will have bars on site.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink but no alcohol will be permitted to be brought onto site and bag checks will be in place at the entrances to the event. No BBQs will be permitted on site.
You are welcome to bring reasonable furniture, blankets, pop up chairs etc to sit on during the event but gazebos or large seating/table structures will not be allowed. You will not be permitted to bring or play music on site during the event.
